RBMS is glad to announce the promotion to Partners of Filipa Elias, Susana Esteves Pires and Rosalie Oliveira Santos, lawyers who have been members of the firm for many years.
This recognition reflects the pride, commitment and excellence of the work carried out and marks RBMS’s continued investment in organic growth.
Filipa Elias began her professional career at RBMS and is a member of the Criminal and Contravention Department. She has around 15 years’ experience in this area, where she has worked mainly on economic and financial crime cases. She has a postgraduate qualification in criminal law and has experience in disciplinary sports law.
Susana Esteves Pires also started her career at the firm 15 years ago and is a member of the Real Estate Department where she has dedicated herself to the development of complex real estate operations, construction-related issues and litigation, as well as the development of real estate development matters, namely in the areas of structuring and monetising environmentally sustainable developments. He also coordinates the RBMS office in Algarve.
Rosalie Oliveira Santos is a member of the Civil Litigation department, an area in which she has 18 years’ experience, with a special focus on credit recovery, international asset recovery, restructuring and insolvency. Her professional career, which began in the area of bank and consumer credit recovery, is currently characterised by the monitoring of differentiated, complex and challenging cases for national and international clients.
